Physician Assistant Mark Banks joined the Regional Physicians Orthopaedic team in April 2008 after serving in the United States Navy for 28 years. As a former Chief Petty Officer and Navy Physician Assistant, he completed deployments to Iraq and Indonesia for tsunami relief aboard the Air Craft Carrier USS Abraham Lincoln. He also served in the United States Marines as the Battalion Surgeon for Second Battalion, Second Marines. Mark is a graduate of George Washington University with a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies majoring in Orthopaedics from the University of Nebraska. He has practiced as a Physician Assistant since 1996.
